The daily cleaning service in apartments was thorough.

I was disappointed with the unfriendly front desk staff upon arrival who seemed unhelpful when trying to clarify the check-in process. we encountered inconsistent hot water during our stay, which is unacceptable for a place like this. The cramped space of our apartment made it challenging to navigate and left little room for comfort, especially when unpacking luggage.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious, making it a perfect base for exploring the vibrant city of Barcelona. The location was unbeatable, with easy walking access to attractions like Casa Batlló and the bustling near-shopping areas. One of the highlights was the incredibly comfortable bed, which allowed for restful nights after busy days. we did notice that the smell of smoke sometimes wafted in from below, which was a bit bothersome during our stay.

we had an amazin time at be mate paseo de gracia! the room was super cozy and had a beautiful balcony where we could chill and enjoy the view. the staff was really friendly and helped us find some great places to eat around the city, big shoutout to yasmin! the location was perfect for walkin to all the major sights. everything was spotless which made our stay even better.

only downside was the kitchen felt a bit cramped for making meals, and the check-in process was a little confusing at first.

Street noise can be quite disruptive, particularly if your room faces the main streets!!! limited reception hours can be inconvenient for late arrivals!!!

Absolutely loved the fabulous rooftop terrace and spacious rooms, perfect for unwinding after daytime adventures! Our honeymoon surprise with rose petals and treats was a good touch.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the spacious apartment that was well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was fantastic, allowing us to walk to many attractions easily. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. the check-in process could be improved as it was a bit confusing at first.

The apartment was spotless and provided a comfortable sleeping environment. The staff offered excellent recommendations for dining options and were very attentive upon our arrival. We appreciated the convenience of having a coffee machine in the lobby for a quality start to the day, which made mornings enjoyable.

The kitchen area can feel a bit cramped for larger groups.

We stayed in a Queen Room with Balcony for 4 nights. The shower facilities were awesome, really modern. Plus, the street view from the balcony was such a nice touch! The room was super clean, and having a fridge to store snacks from the nearby grocery was a bonus. The only downside was that I wished the room was a bit larger for more space to move around comfortably.
